Do I Necessarily Have to Use the eClever App with the cPack or Does It Also Work on Its Own?

You can also use our app for electric cars without the cPack. However, we recommend that you install our hardware in order to benefit from the full variety of functions. These include the precise calculation of your vehicle range and the planning of charging processes, including a cost overview.

Can I Install and Use the App on Several Devices at the Same Time?

Yes, you can download and use the app on multiple devices. In addition to Android and iOS, the app can also be used as desktop and browser application.

Can I Use the App Features Without Logging In?

Yes, you can also use the app without logging in. Among other things, you have access to the configuration of an offline vehicle and location determination. You also have access to the charging stations on the map and can see the charging station overview. However, we recommend that you register in order to use the full functionality of the app. Only then will you be shown suitable and available charging stations along your route so that you can plan clever and time-saving trips.
For best experiences, use the app in combination with our cPack. Plan charging processes as well as the optimal route based on your very own vehicle information. With the cPack, our app is able to calculate consumption data and determine your electric car’s range mit maximum precision. Also, you get a preview of charging costs.

What Is the Alarm System Mode?

Some car models trigger the vehicle’s own alarm system when they download data via the cPack. You should therefore carry out an alarm system test when installing the cPack.

What Does Online Data Mean?

The term online data describes the latest parameters of your vehicle.

Where Can I See My Online Data?

You only have access to the online data if the cPack (or a Bluetooth-enabled replacement system) is installed. You can view it in the app.

What Live and Historical Data Can I See In the App?

The app gives you access to various vehicle information. This includes mileage, chassis number (VIN), location, charge status, consumption values, cell voltage, battery voltage, the last connection and data transmission as well as indoor and outdoor temperatures, the latter only in live mode.

Why Must/Should I Add My Vehicle?

It is useful to add vehicles to the app in order to plan routes and view compatible charging stations as well as the corresponding charging prices and times. Without vehicle configuration, you can only view the charging stations on the map and access the charging station overview.
